Work continues this week on suite finishing throughout the upper floors of the building. Deliveries will continue throughout the week.
The West Tower Hoist (external construction elevator) is in the process of being dismantled. Once the final section is ready to be removed, a mobile crane will be positioned on Front Street East to remove it. This will necessitate temporary lane closures. We will post details when we have them.
On Frederick Street, the new sidewalk has been formed. The concrete will be poured for the new sidewalk in the coming days, as weather conditions permit.
On Sherbourne Street work is underway to remove the old sidewalk in the advance of the forming and pouring of the new sidewalk.
We will advise if there is any major work scheduled for Saturday, February 5, though we expect there will be a crew on site focussed in interior work.
