Holiday Construction Schedule for 158 Front St. E.

The site will be open on the days indicated below through the holidays. This will be our final regular post of 2021. Our next regular post will be on January 3, 2022, unless there is a significant change to the construction schedule. As we’ve reported previously, the main focus of exterior work at the site is on the shoring removal and sidewalk work on Frederick Street and Sherbourne Street. The main focus of interior work is ongoing suite finishing throughout the building.

Dec 24^th – Christmas Eve – ½ day

Dec 26^th – Boxing Day – Closed

Focus of Work on Site on Working Days:

Shoring removal on Sherbourne Street is on-going. 

One Fredrick Street the silva cells for the new street trees were insulated last week. In the coming days work will focus on preparing for the installation of the new sidewalk

Inside the building kitchens, tiles and flooring are progressing on multiple floors.
