There will be work on site this Saturday, December 4. A mix of general housekeeping, interior work and some exterior finishing.
The driveway lane that runs off Frederick Street is expected to be completed by the end of the coming week.
Removal of the existing sidewalk on Frederick is set to commence once driveway work is complete.
Shoring removal is underway on Sherbourne Street, with the bike lane closed for the period of the work, as per the City of Toronto approved plan.
Drywall work is ongoing on the 25th Floor west tower and the 22nd Floor east tower. Kitchens are being installed on the 18th floor, and flooring installation is now active on the 13th floor.
