Construction Update: 20th floor being poured, finishing to go late today.

The west tower 20th floor concrete slab is being poured today. Concrete finishers, as seen above working on the previous 19th floor pour, will be working into the evening to complete the work today, December 3.

The crane lights will be on until the work is completed. Once finished these lights will be turned off. We did receive notes last week that some adjacent buildings were being impacted by crane lighting that was inadvertently not turning off. Crews have corrected this situation are now ensuring unnecessary lights are turned off manually at the end of the shift.

Work is continuing on the exterior window installation on the 8th and 9th floors. Balcony installation is getting underway and there will be visible signs of this work starting on Monday, December 7.

Interior work is steadily progressing with suites on the 2nd and 3rd floors being roughed in. Electrical and plumbing and framing work continues throughout the podium floors.

Saturday, December 5

We expect crews to be on site through the early afternoon. They will be doing general housekeeping work as well as taking apart wall forms from completed wall and column pours. There may also be some crane work and a trailer to take away materials.
