A quick look at the podium of the St. Lawrence Condominium reveals that the installation of the pre-cast brick exterior cladding has made substantial progress. Just as a look up will show the forming for the 14th floor. In short, concrete work for the first 13th floors is complete.
Work is also progressing on the interior of the lower level suites. Framing is ongoing on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Windows are being installed on the 4th floor and we expect progress on window installation to move to the 5th floor soon.
There may be some later evening work this week depending on the timing of concrete deliveries and weather conditions. We also note that crews, as per Provincial work hours regulations, may be arriving early in order to properly stage staff on-site to permit social distancing and safe work practices.
