On February 3, 2020, the first hoist (external construction elevator) will be installed on the west side frontage of the building. This will be placed inside the construction hoardings on the south, side of the project, adjacent Front Street East.

The hoist’s components will be loaded into the site form a construction gate on Front Street East. The truck will is expected to occupy the area that’s being prepared with gravel surfacing, inside the site. This should minimize any vehicular or pedestrian traffic disruption on Front Street East.
