Weekend Update for 158 Front St. E, August 23, 2019

There will be crews on site at 158 Front Street this Saturday, August 24 from 9 am. They will be working on forming to prepare for continued concrete work next week. There may also be crews doing some site housekeeping tasks.

Front Street Hoarding Work

REMINDER: Starting on August 28 work will begin to tear down and rebuild the Front Street East fence and hoardings. This will include adding 3 access points for deliveries. As noted in our previous post, the parking spots that were on the north side of Front Street East between Sherbourne and Frederick will no longer be in operation. The parking meter has already been removed from the sidewalk by the Toronto Parking Authority.

During the work there will be some short-term disruptions to pedestrian access along the north side of Front Street East in order to ensure safety. However, every effort will be made to minimize these disruptions. Paid-duty officers will be on-site when required. We will post a further update on this work on Monday, August 26.
