Work continues on building out the at-grade, ground floor level at 158 Front Street East this week.
Significant progress was made last week at the west end of the site. The ramp to the three parking levels, has been substantially built. Much of the ground floor has been poured and finished. As well, some of the first set of columns to support the second floor slab have been poured.

Work on the central and eastern sections of the ground floor will continue through this week, with concrete work scheduled daily, weather permitting. If there is significant rainfall, work may have to be delayed.

On the central-east side of the site, where the existing ground floor slab was poured at the outset of concrete work, work is continuing on the final columns leading up from the P1 floor slab to the ground floor. Once completed, work will begin on completing the ground floor where it meets the already constructed eastern section of the site.

We will provide a midweek update if work changes or new additions to the construction schedule warrant it. We will also post an update if there is work scheduled for Saturday June 15.
