For another week rebar work on the staging platform continues at 158 Front Street East. Once rebar installation work is complete, concrete will begin being poured to complete the staging platform, which is located on the eastern side of the site, adjacent Sherbourne Street. The staging platform will remain permanently on-site, becoming the ground floor of the eastern half of the St. Lawrence Condominiums.
Looking ahead: In the next few weeks concrete work will get underway and excavation work will resume. We will be posting updates and advance notices here. We also communicate directly with board members and property managers in adjacent buildings, as well as keeping in touch with the St. Lawrence Market Neighbourhood BIA and the St. Lawrence Neighbourhood Association.
