Current construction work on the site of The St. Lawrence condominiums, 158 Front Street East is focussed on preparing for the final round of drilling on the east side of the site along Sherbourne Street. There has been excavation work on the east side of the site to prepare for the placement of the drill rig and the beginning of drilling.
Once drilling on the east side is complete, the first phase of the shoring and excavation process will be completed. The next phase will be the beginning of site excavation.
